Bruce is a full Huntaway pup with both parents working huntaway's from another farm.
Huntaway's are breed for their loud deep repeating bark and are a large strong build. They were breed in the late 19th century in New Zealand for moving stock. They are extremely intelligent, hard working dogs and are New Zealand's only indigenous dog.
Bruce had his second parvo shot at the vets and weighed in at 15kg for a 12 week old pup, so he is going to be a big unit and already showing interest in stock on his daily walks and has quite a loud deep bark already for his young age. He wont begin proper work till he is 2yrs old but will have plenty of training along the way and already has mastered recall to a whistle and beginning to sit when asked.
Larger dogs require higher levels of protein especially at a younger age when all their essential growth and development is happening. So Bruce has a daily addition of farm Wagyu Beef to his diet of larger breed puppy food and plenty of canon bones to chew on to keep him amused and help when he is teething.
